The total rental/leasing costs amount to EUR 100 000 per year, broken down (in accordance with the rental/leasing contract) as follows: the costs of beneficiaries not receiving EU funds are set out in Annex 2 but are not included in the total eligible costs and are not taken into account in the maximum grant amount (see Article 9). to calculate the modified final amount of the grant (for each beneficiary concerned) by allocating the amount of the reduction to each of them in proportion to its poor performance or non-compliance The `final amount of the grant` depends on the extent to which the action is implemented in accordance with the terms of the agreement. A reduction in the maximum amount of the subsidy is NOT a penalty, but the result of a breach of an obligation under the GA.
